Things are reving up behind the scenes here at Holliday Inn… first up… the Christmas In July 2011 radio date is confirmed! Roy’s annual Christmas in July show will be on Sunday, July 24th at 2pm (Eastern). As with all of Roy’s radio shows, you can tune in for free simply by clicking the player here at the dot com. While in between recordings sessions for the new Christmas record, Roy is kicking off Summer early with a string of live shows all over New England with the Island Castaways Band! Check out the “Schedule” page for complete listings – shows all Summer long!

This past week kicked off the initial writing and programming sessions for the 2011 Christmas material. Roy will be recording basic tracks in the New England studio over the next few months, with writing excursions planned for exotic Oklahoma and sunny Florida. Snow, Route 66 and Sun? Yeah, we don’t know what these sessions are going to sound like either! We do know it will be interesting, at the least… More info to come as is progresses. Happy March!

If you are interested in booking Roy, dates are available for Christmas in July (obviously July dates), DJ sets (Fall dates), parade appearances and November & December full live show dates. Yes, for those of you who haven’t seen it on the news, we’re having an abundance of snow up here in New England this year. So, Roy and the gang are heading to the beach… might as well let the website go to the beach as well.
